Pricing

The price depends on the type of document(s) to be legalised.

Prices start from as little as £59.00 plus vat. If you are in any doubt which service you require please contact us to establish which category your documents will be priced in.

Company Documents Legalisation

If we have registered a UK Limited Company for you we will legalise the new company documents for you at the time of incorporation as we already have copies of the documents on our system.

£88.10 all inclusive

(£79.00 excluding vat)

Includes:

• Preparation of documents by our solicitors where necessary
• Issue of Apostille certificate
• First class delivery within the UK (Delivery outside the UK by DHL at cost - please contact us for prices or alternative options).

Standard Apostille Service

Legalisation of original documents issued by a UK public official - This can only be done to certain documents such as birth or marriage certificates.

£64.60 all inclusive

(£59.00 excluding vat)

Includes:

• Issue of Apostille certificate
• Registered delivery within the UK (Delivery outside the UK by DHL at cost - please contact us for prices or alternative options).

Special Apostille Service

If your documents can not be legalised in their original form then we will need to arrange for a legalised copy to be produced for apostille. For example passports or company documents.

• Preparation of legalised copy.
• Issue of Apostille certificate.
• Registered delivery within the UK (Delivery outside the UK by DHL at cost - please contact us for prices or alternative options).

Expedite Service

If you have left your legalisation to the last minute and need an express service then we can help. Your documents can be legalised within 2-3 working days from receipt and then returned by which ever delivery method suits you.

Prices start form £150, please call us for further details and pricing of this expedite service.

Ordering

Please contact us by phone, email or post to place an order. One of our advisers will discuss the service you require based on the type of document. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, UK cheque or transfer to our UK account.

Discounts can be offered for multiple orders at the same time. We will also advise on whether multiple documents can be legalised under one apostille to avoid excess charges.
