• The register of directors and secretaries.
• The company's debenture holders (if any).
• Director's interests in shares of the company or any related company.
• Any mortgages and charges over company property. They must be kept available for inspection by anyone who wishes to see them. These can be inspected free of charge by members (and also creditors in the case of the register of charges). There is a fee payable by other users.

Members and creditors may also inspect copies of the instrument relating to any registerable charge.

Minute books for all general meetings and copies of directors' service contracts should be available for inspection by members free of charge.
