Nominee Director - Anonymity
THE NOIMINEE DIRECTOR SERVICE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
SFS have designed a specialist service to provide our clients
with anonymity from their limited company. By appointing
our corporate nominee director you can remain anonymous
from your company as no personal details will be recorded
at Companies House.
You will still control the company as an authorised representative
but it will not be possible to search Companies House records
to identify you. If you combine the nominee director service
with our nominee shareholder and nominee secretary then
no reference will be made to you at Companies House. You
will however still retain full control and ownership of
the company through our specialist agreements.
This service has been designed to allow our clients to
retain their privacy for legitimate reasons in a world where
your personal information can easily be obtained by anyone
that knows where to look. This service is not to be used
for any illegal purposes.

What do SFS need to know in order to provide
a nominee director?
The following information is required for our private records

- Full disclosure of the beneficial owners of the company
- Picture ID for all beneficial owners and authorised
representatives
- Full contact details for all beneficial owners and authorised
representatives
- All persons must sign our indemnity agreements before
any powers will be issued to act on behalf of the company
- Your reasons for anonymity must be disclosed to us
Is it possible to open a bank account using
a Nominee Director?
Yes, we have the ability to open a bank account for a company
using nominees. We can provide this service for both UK
residents and Non-UK residents. The bank will need to be
made aware of all persons connected to the company for their
own private records. Each person must be of good standing
and meet the banks usual status requirements, reference
and identity verification.
Who is responsible for running the company?
We will pass the powers of the director to a person of
your choice assuming you are able to provide all of the
requested information. That person will then be legally
responsible for managing the company to include accounting
and taxation.
Is the nominee director a real person?
No, our nominee director is a corporate director and not
a real person. If you require a real person to act as your
company director then SFS are unable to assist you.
Can SFS provide a nominee director for an
existing company?
Yes, but please be aware that Companies House records show
historical data as well as current information so if you
have ever been recorded as an officer or shareholder of
the company then your details will be available to the general
public.
We would also recommend that you allow us to provide your
nominee secretary, shareholder and registered office to
simplify the services and any application for bank accounts.
Using another agent for some of these services can seriously
effect the bank account application if needed.
Can SFS provide a nominee director for a new
company?
Yes, this is the preferred way of establishing this service.
We can provide the nominee director as the first director
of your new company and no personal details will ever be
provided to Companies House. We can form your new company
for you and deal will all the necessary paperwork from day
one.
How do I order your nominee director service?
The Nominee Director Service is currently unavailable.
How much does your anonymity service cost?
The service is paid for annually in advance. Please contact
us for pricing and availability.
Where possible we will provide an exact quote based on
your requirements.
Are there any other costs?
Our fees are all inclusive for the full 12 month period
so it is unlikely we will have to charge any further fees
during the year. We are happy to sign documents that can
only be signed by a company officer but in most cases the
person you ask us to authorise to act on behalf of the company
will be able to sign company paperwork. If you ask us to
do something a little unusual we will charge depending on
the time taken to provide the additional service. We will
agree a price with you before acting.
