SFS Reduce Company Formation Costs

Effective from the 01st February 2005 Companies House have reduced a number of fees due to increased efficiency caused by electronic filing of documents. The most important saving for our clients is the reduced government fee for incorporation of a company using an electronic system.

SFS use electronic systems to incorporate and have therefore benefited from this reduction of £5 in the incorporation fee. This £5 reduction has been passed straight on to you the client and we have even taken a further £1 off of our cheapest package bringing this down to £49.95 all inclusive which we believe represents excellent value for money.

In the rare event a paper application is required to form a company the government fee has not been reduced.

Other government fees were reduced by Companies House, all of which have been passed on to our clients through reduced prices.
