What about a company bank account?

Armed with your Certificate of Incorporation and Directors identification, you are ready to open a bank account anywhere you wish. The bank may also request to see the Company's Memorandum & Articles of Association.

Having formed your company, which bank should you use? Most of the high street banks will open a limited company bank account for your new business. The important thing is to try and get free business banking. Some of the banks will offer at least 12-18 months free banking for new limited companies. However, if you shop around and do not mind conducting your banking via the internet then some banks will provide free banking for the life of the account.
