How do I notify Companies House of any changes to company officers?

You can notify Companies House of changes to officer details manually using the forms below. The following forms must be filed within 15 days of any changes to company directors or secretaries.

• The appointment of a new officer - use form AP01 to AP04
• An officer's resignation from the company - use form TM01 to TM02
• Changes in an officer's name or address - use form CH01 to CH02
