How long before I receive my Certificate of Incorporation?

If you place your order online then your certificate is supplied to you electronically as soon as we receive it from Companies House, this is usually in around 3 working hours. If you choose a package with printed documents the original certificate will be posted the same day just so long as your company completes before 4:45pm.

Please note company registration in 3 hours is subject to Companies House. It is not unusual for companies to be formed in as little as 30 minutes but if Companies House are busy or experiencing problems then it may take longer. If you would like us to email you your Certificate of Incorporation please let us know at time of ordering.
