How long before I receive my Certificate of Incorporation?

Your Certificate of Incorporation is normally sent out in the next first class post, but is available from us electronically usually within 2-3 working hours allowing you to begin trading immediately. However this is subject to Companies House. It is not unusual for companies to be formed in as little as 30 minutes but if Companies House are busy or experiencing problems then it may take longer. If you would like us to email you your Certificate of Incorporation please let us know at time of ordering.
