Can SFS file a name change application on my behalf?

Yes we can file a name change application on your behalf. We charge GBP25.00 plus vat and it normally takes a week to complete this process. We will prepare the require resolution and send it to you for signatures if required. You will receive a new Certificate of Incorporation as soon as your company's name is changed.
