The following packages are available for Overseas clients wanting to form a private company Limited by Shares and may need our registered office service, secretary service and document legalisation. Timescale of formations

The above table includes the estimated timescale for preparation of your documents. Your new limited liability company will usually be formed within 2-3 working hours from receipt of payment. If your package includes an apostille certificate this will usually add approximately 5-10 working days to the completion date.

For Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP's) please allow a further 5 working days for completion of your company documents as it is currently not possible to incorporate LLP's electronically.

How to place and order

Please call us on +44 2476 631613 or email info@sfsgo.com and one of our advisors will deal with your order and answer any questions you might have. Payment can be made over the telephone or fax by credit card or alternatively you can transfer funds to our UK bank account.

To process your order we only require the following information -

Name of your new Limited Liability company to be formed
Type of package you wish to purchase including any upgrade options
Delivery Address
Address for forwarding all future correspondence and registered office mail
Any special share capital requirements
Your preferred method of payment

Upon receipt of the above information we will send you a pro forma invoice and answer any questions you might have.

Payment

We can accept payment by credit card, bank transfer or UK cheque. If paying by bank transfer there will be an additional GBP12 added to the total invoice amount to cover bank charges. We can only process your order once funds clear in our bank account.

Credit card payments incur no extra charges and will allow us to process your order immediately. Payment by credit card can be taken over the telephone or we can send you a fax payment form.

Accounting

Managing your company accounts from outside the UK may not be easy. Therefore we are able to help you with your accounting needs. This is all managed online using e-accounting to reduce your administration. For more information contact our office.

UK COMPANY NOTES -

LLP's and Guarantee (not for profit) Companies

We can also provide LLP's and companies limited by guarantee for charitable purposes. Please call or email us for details of how we can help Non-UK Residents with these types of company.

Directors and Secretary for New Companies

They do not have to be based in the UK and can be resident anywhere in the world. However, it is better to have a professional company secretary in the UK who is used to UK regulations and can deal with Companies House and other Government agencies on your behalf. Using our nominee services you can have a secretary for your company in the UK.

A company director or secretary are officers of the company and as such they may be criminally liable for defaults committed by the company, e.g. failure to file in time.

Company Registers

There is a legal requirement to have the registers available for public and/or shareholders inspection. We provide a service to keep the registers at our offices and by arrangement will keep them updated to meet all the legal requirements.

The Registered Office

A company registered in England and Wales must have its registered office within one of these locations. If you do not have a base in the UK we can provide a registered office address for your company. We can offer an address within London or outside of London. It then becomes convenient to keep the company's registers at the registered office.

Legalisation of Documents

For UK company documents to be recognised outside of the UK they must be issued with an Apostille certificate. This certificate verifies the UK documents to be legal and removes the need for further proof of authenticity. We provide the service to obtain an Apostille certificate for any document produced in the UK.

Tax and Accounts

Please note none of our packages include tax or accountancy services. If required we can recommend accountants that will be able to assist you with preparing accounts and tax returns.
