The recent changes to the companies act have also impacted
the display of company details. It has always been a legal
requirement for companies to display their registration
details on official stationery. However the latest legislation
extends this requirement to include electronic communication.
Therefore it is now a legal requirement to display the following
information on company stationery, websites and email correspondence-
Company Name
Registration Number
Place of registration
Registered office address
